The custody verdict wound someone in the hospital! đ¨ Here’s the latest on GH! đ
The judge has a verdict in the Corinthos vs. Corinthos custody battle, and one side rejoiced while another wound up at the hospital on the June 12, 2025 episode of General Hospital.
Disorder in the Court
Everyone arrived back at court to find out who would be awarded custody of Wiley (Viron Weaver) and Amelia. Of course, Michael (Rory Gibson) planned on winning either way, asking Jason (Steve Burton) to have a jet ready for him and the kids to leave on if things didnât go his way.

Drew (Cameron Mathison) assured Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) she would win as everyone took their seats, and the judge got right to it. After noting all the ways Willow harmed the kids, the judge revealed, âIt is the decision of this court to award full physical and legal custody to the childrenâs father.â
While relief filled Michaelâs side of the room, Willow immediately became hysterical, asking the judge to reconsider. As she broke down, she begged Michael to let her have her kids, but he took a page from Jasonâs book and was stonecold as he walked out of the courtroom. While they left to get the kids, Willowâs hysterics led to her fainting in Drewâs arms.
Commitment
When Drew and Nina (Cynthia Watros) brought Willow to GH, her unresponsive behavior led Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) to ordering a psyche evaluation, which was just another thing Nina wound up blaming Drew for. She demanded he leave Willow after all the harm heâs caused, while Willow lay in her hospital bed, remembering the judgeâs verdict.
work. Could she have done better?
Whoâs That Girl?
Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) has helped Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Jason (Steve Burton) avoid most of their legal issues, sometimes even when they should have been held accountable. So, when she was representing Michael (Rory Gibson) in his custody battle with Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), fans thought it was a slam dunk. Unfortunately, it wasnât.
Diane wasnât her usual âsharkyâ self. It sometimes seemed that she was being soft on Willow. She was definitely off her game.
What Could Have Been
Ric (Rick Hearst) was extremely hard on Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) when he questioned her, to the point that she went into labor. Fans expected something similar from Diane when it came to Willow. She fell flat.
Michael very clearly told Diane that Willow never came to visit him in the hospital in Germany. Knowing Diane, we expected her to be all over that. She could have Sonny or Jason, or even someone like Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), look into what really happened. It would have been easy to get the nurse in Germany to tell them that Drew (Cameron Mathison) bribed her. Unfortunately, she just let it go. Very unlike Diane.
Then there was the disgusting way that Drew gaslit Wiley (Viron Weaver) by purposely letting him hear the lie that his father didnât want him. She should have asked Willow why she believed her boyfriend over her own son. This would have put plenty of doubt in the judgeâs mind about Willowâs ability to be a mother with her boyfriend around.
No matter what the outcome of the trial, it seemed as if Diane did not do her best. Do you agree? Do you think the Corinthos family picked up on it? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
