General Hospital Spoilers: Wedding Chaos, Betrayals, and the Truth About Drew

Obre has seen enough. She quietly points out to Nah what she’s noticed — that Willow’s smile isn’t what it used to be. There’s something hollow behind it now. With her usual sharp judgment, Obre is convinced: it was Willow who stalked Daisy, which ultimately forced Sasha to flee town with her daughter.

Nah is shaken. She understands now that Willow’s descent into this obsessive behavior didn’t start on its own — it was Drew’s influence, his control, that twisted her thinking. And as a mother, Nah can no longer stay silent. She knows it’s time her daughter hears the whole truth about who Drew Cain really is.

Curtis has already dropped a bombshell — confirming to Willow that Drew had an affair with Nina. Now Willow wants answers, and she’s demanding them from her mother. Left with no way out, Nina finally confesses. She tries to explain, tries to soften the blow, but Willow isn’t ready to hear it. The betrayal is too much.

Tensions are already boiling over when the wedding day arrives — and so are the rumors. Some say Willow might vanish before the vows. Others believe she’ll go through with it, if only to confront Drew at the altar. In the end, she doesn’t run. She walks down the aisle — not with love, but with fury. Her questions erupt mid-ceremony, turning the wedding into chaos.

And Drew? He goes pale as his secrets unravel in front of everyone.

From the sidelines, Kai starts to realize that Trina, Curtis, and even Porsche were right — Drew is not who he claims to be. But just when things can’t get worse, an uninvited guest crashes the ceremony. It’s believed to be the receptionist from the German clinic, someone holding key information — possibly about Drew, or maybe even Michael’s secret investigation.

Michael’s motives are clear: he wants Willow to see the truth. He wants her to understand just how wrong she was to place her trust in Drew. The confrontation is messy, public, and deeply humiliating. Willow, heartbroken and enraged, screams as she learns the man she was ready to marry has been living a lie. But in that heartbreak, there’s also clarity. She has a chance now — a moment to walk away, before it’s too late.

Elsewhere in Port Charles, Anna edges closer to uncovering a dangerous truth: that Joss is working inside Brennan’s organization. Anna keeps her distance and keeps following, hoping to find a path to Dalton, but the danger is real. Van may already be on to her, and if he’s aware she’s tracking Joss, he’ll act quickly to derail her mission.

Back with Porsche, there’s a quiet moment of relief. Curtis has spoken to Willow, and while the two may never reconcile romantically, Porsche is touched by his compassion. For once, there’s no anger — just gratitude.

Meanwhile, Jason needs help of his own. He turns to Spinelli for answers — not just about Britt’s mysterious departure, but also about a woman he encountered at the airport, a face that felt too familiar to ignore. If anyone can uncover the truth, it’s Spinelli. But will he find the right thread in time?
