Sidwell confesses everything before his death, revealing his boss | General Hospital Spoilers
Mystery Man
It was mysterious, unexpected, and outright creepy when Felicia (Kristina Wagner) walked into GH, talking on the phone, specifically noting that she was going to drop James (Gary James Fuller) off at the Quartermaine mansion.
That was when a suspicious man in the background kept eyeing her.
It’s unknown who he is or what he’s up to, but with Anna (Finola Hughes) recently being abducted, could Felicia be next?
Or worse, could James be in danger? Sidwell (Carlo Rota) already eliminated James’ mom, Maxie (Kirsten Storms), after all.
As for this man’s identity, although his character remains unknown, the actor portraying him made waves on social media when viewers recognized him.
It’s Peter Stormare, known for Until Dawn, Fargo, Armageddon, Prison Break, and many other well-known films and series.
Port Charles Mob War
Elsewhere in Port Charles, Jason (Steve Burton) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) are gearing up to take Sidwell (Carlo Rota) out of Port Charles. But at the same time, Ava (Maura West) offered Sidwell a friendly warning about her ex, Sonny, even flashing back to a moment when the mobster tried to kill her.
As if the growing mob war wasn’t bad enough, Marco (Adrian Anchondo) proposed an idea to Lucas (Van Hansis): move into Wyndemere with him. Lucas initially turned him down, worrying they were moving too fast, but eventually agreed.
Hello, General Hospital fans! If you thought Port Charles had seen its share of villains, secrets, and shocking resurrections — think again. The latest GH spoilers reveal that whispers about César Faison are once again echoing through the corridors of General Hospital and beyond.
It’s been years since Faison met his apparent end, but fans and residents alike can’t shake the feeling that his legacy still looms over Port Charles. And now, eerie clues suggest the unthinkable — Faison may have survived.

During Thursday’s episode, a chilling voice over the prison loudspeaker caught Anna Devane off guard. It carried a familiar Dutch accent — the unmistakable cadence of Faison himself. Was it a trick, or has the infamous mastermind found a way to cheat death once again?
Meanwhile, on Spoon Island, Jen Sidwell continues to stir up suspicion. When Marco Rios confronted him about Lucas Jones entering Wyndemere, Sidwell’s reaction said more than words ever could. He resisted — then relented — in what seemed like a calculated move tied to something darker: Faison’s unfinished work.
Viewers were left reeling when Sidwell muttered the word “final” while referring to Faison’s project. Was it just a turn of phrase, or proof that Faison’s ultimate plan is still in motion — one powerful enough to reach beyond the grave?
And if Faison truly survived Peter August’s attack and Jason Morgan’s bullet, then the question becomes: Who’s really pulling the strings now?
Even more shocking are the whispers surrounding Faison’s so-called “children.” Could the recently resurfaced Britt Westbourne and Nathan West actually be… impostors? Clones? Doppelgängers? Their return has thrilled fans, but something about their behavior feels off — their emotions too measured, their memories too fragmented.
Britt’s apparent recovery from her Huntington’s diagnosis has also raised eyebrows. How could she be symptom-free? Has someone — or something — been experimenting behind the scenes?
Enter Sidwell once again. His growing influence, his secret meetings, and his interest in experimental projects all point toward one terrifying possibility: he’s continuing Faison’s genetic research.
And that’s not all. Sidwell’s latest ally, Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton, may have just signed his own death warrant. After Britt secretly informed Sidwell that Dalton tried to cut him out of a deal, Sidwell coolly instructed her to play along — to spy on Dalton, to see who his mysterious buyer really is.
But in Port Charles, betrayal never goes unpunished. Dalton’s arrogance may soon make him the next body found in the morgue.
In fact, Judge Eva Herron’s recent murder already has the town on edge. When Rocco Falconeri and Danny Morgan stumbled upon her lifeless body, it sent shockwaves through the community. Could Dalton be next — and will Britt be blamed when the truth surfaces?
As tensions rise, Rocco’s growing curiosity could put him right in Sidwell’s crosshairs. His confrontation with Sidwell over Britt’s missing key fob might just make him the next target in this deadly game.
And through it all, one name continues to haunt every whisper, every shadow, every late-night phone call:
César Faison.
Because in Port Charles, nobody ever truly stays dead… and evil always finds a way home.
