General Hospital Full Episode Wednesday, 11 | GH 11/26/2025 Full Episode
Rocco’s brutal attack inside his jail cell sends shockwaves through Port Charles, leaving his loved ones more alarmed than ever. Britt is fighting tirelessly to get him released, but she’s not the only one pushing the limits. Sonny—never one to stay on the sidelines—takes matters into his own hands.

In a move as bold as it is dangerous, he corners ADA Justine Turner, issuing a thinly veiled threat intended to bend the justice system in Rocco’s favor. For Sonny, freeing the boy outweighs any allegiance to Dalton’s legacy.
With Dalton now out of the picture, the burden on Justine becomes heavier. The case is suddenly hers to navigate alone, and every decision carries new weight. Behind closed doors, she quietly considers pushing to drop the charges against Rocco altogether—an attempt to restore order while preventing a deeper rift within the community. Yet even if she does, the damage to her relationship with Sonny may be irreversible. Where he once saw a partner, Sonny now sees an obstacle, and that shift could redraw allegiances across Port Charles.
Elsewhere, Lulu channels her energy into monitoring Nathan’s progress with the Dalton investigation. But with Dalton dead and Sonny having eliminated all remaining traces of the professor’s involvement, Nathan is facing a near-impossible task. On Wednesday, Lulu turns to Dante, hoping he can find a way to accelerate the process and bring Rocco home. Dante, unsure what options remain, nonetheless vows to push harder—for his son, he’ll do whatever it takes.
At the hospital, tensions spike when Stella walks in on a private moment between Portia and Isaiah. The sight triggers painful memories, and Stella can’t shake the belief that Portia played a defining role in the collapse of her marriage to Curtis. Portia, however, is facing a turmoil of her own. She remains uncertain about the paternity of her unborn child—and whether Curtis could be the father.

Meanwhile, Curtis finds himself under increasing scrutiny as a primary suspect in Drew’s case. Desperate to avoid the looming threat of prosecution, he considers presenting an alibi. His logic seems simple: he was with Portia the night Drew was attacked, and therefore couldn’t have been involved. But the truth is far messier. Portia wasn’t with Curtis at all—she was with Isaiah. If Curtis attempts to use her as his alibi, Portia will be thrust into a painful dilemma, forced to choose between exposing her secret or risking Curtis’s freedom.
In another corner of town, Michael reaches a breaking point. After learning that Willow has agreed to marry Drew, he takes decisive action: Nina and Willow will no longer have access to the children. Despite nearly everyone warning Willow against moving forward with the marriage, she remains resolute. She believes that saying “yes” to Drew is the only way to ensure custody and protect the kids’ future.
But as the pressure mounts and old wounds resurface, one question lingers above all: will this new union provide the stability Willow longs for, or collapse under the growing tensions threatening to tear Port Charles apart?
