General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, January 22, reveal that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will seek Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) custody while Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) snaps at Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) will also stun Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), so let’s talk about what’s coming up on the ABC soap.

For starters, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) will offer some crushing updates, which may be about Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) recovery.

There may be plenty of negative signs when it comes to Drew’s inability to speak or move.

Lucas hinted about a locked-in syndrome story, so that seems to be where things are headed soon enough.

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will learn something alarming on Thursday’s show, so she may be brought up to speed on all the Drew drama.

At some point, Alexis will sit down with Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) and admit she thinks it’s best if Scout moves in with her.

Drew obviously isn’t in any condition to care for Scout right now, so Alexis will think her granddaughter belongs at her house.

Will Willow be on the same page?

Over with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), it looks like he’ll find out from Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that he’s not fired.

That’ll be good news, but Dante may warn Chase to play by the rules and avoid taking any other huge risks.

As for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), she’ll tell Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) that even the best of them have to make compromises.

Nina doesn’t know Willow is Drew’s real shooter, but Kai may fish to find out how much she’s in the loop on anyway.

Of course, Kai will remain suspicious of this whole stroke situation as well and may grow increasingly worried that Willow has struck again.

Next, Carly will corner Britt and snap at her.

Since Carly believes Britt is reverting to the “old Britt,” she won’t like how close the secretive doc’s getting to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

“You may fool Jason, but you don’t fool me,” Carly warns in Thursday’s GH preview video.

As for Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), she’ll tell Jason that she’ll be his alibi for what he did to Drew.

Jason will seem confused, so we’ll see if Tracy suspects he’s behind the stroke shocker.

Speaking of shockers, Brennan is about to deliver a big one during a trip to Josslyn’s apartment.

When Brennan insists that Josslyn is being deactivated, she’ll totally flip out and throw plenty of questions at him.

Brennan may admit this is only a temporary thing, but Josslyn still won’t understand.

In reality, Brennan may be trying to protect Josslyn from the escalating danger on Spoon Island.
