General Hospital Today’s Full Episode Wednesday, 2/4/2026 | GH FULL EPISODE
Last week on General Hospital, Josslyn made a bold and dangerous choice when she deliberately caused a power outage on Spoon Island. In her mind, the chaos created by the blackout would give her the perfect opportunity to move unnoticed through the castle and search for crucial evidence. Joss is convinced that the tomb on the island holds Sidwell’s darkest secrets — secrets that could expose a long-standing pattern of corruption, manipulation, and hidden agendas that have already destroyed countless lives in Port Charles.

What Joss did not foresee, however, was that the seemingly harmless housekeeper she had spoken with just one day earlier was actually Colum, the director of DUASB. Unaware of his true identity, Joss remains determined to push forward with her plan. She intends to infiltrate the tomb and gather proof that could finally bring Sidwell’s misdeeds to light.
Unfortunately for her, what should have been a relatively straightforward mission quickly becomes far more perilous. Pascal, who works closely with the tomb and oversees its surrounding operations, may soon begin to suspect that Joss is the intruder. If Pascal pieces together the truth, his response is likely to be swift and unforgiving, placing Joss in an extremely dangerous position where her safety — and even her survival — could be at risk.
Meanwhile, emotional tensions are rising elsewhere in Port Charles. Lulu opens up to her mother, Laura, about her growing feelings for Nathan. Although Lulu knows she loves him, her happiness is clouded by guilt and fear. She worries about how Maxie might react if she returns home and discovers that her best friend has fallen in love with her ex-husband.
On Wednesday’s episode, Laura offers Lulu careful and heartfelt advice. She urges her daughter to consider stepping back from the relationship, suggesting that protecting her lifelong friendship with Maxie may ultimately be more important than pursuing romance.
Nathan, however, is facing conflicts of his own. In the February 4 episode, he prepares to confess to Nina about what happened between him and Lulu. Despite this looming conversation, Nina’s attention is consumed by a much more pressing concern: her daughter Willow’s upcoming trial. The legal battle weighs heavily on Nina’s heart, leaving little room for anything else.

Willow herself reaches a breaking point when she fails to find common ground with Michael. Their inability to compromise forces Willow to take drastic measures in order to achieve her goals. Determined to secure custody of Wiley and Amelia, Willow appears ready to eliminate Michael from the equation entirely — whatever the cost.
Finally, Jason plans to brief Sonny on Sidwell’s suspected involvement in Dalton’s death. Together, the two men begin strategizing how to trap the ruthless villain. Yet Sidwell is no ordinary adversary. With his sharp intelligence and calculated instincts, the question remains: can Jason and Sonny truly outmaneuver him, or are they already playing a game he’s destined to win?
