General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, March 11, indicate that Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) will tackle a crisis while Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) faces a surprising revelation.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will also have to consider his romantic future, so there’ll be a lot happening on Wednesday’s exciting episode.

For starters, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will have some things to get off her chest.

During a conversation with Tracy, Lulu will come clean about dating Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) as well as Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) unpleasant reaction.

Lulu might mention Dante getting blindsided by the news as well and seek some guidance since this has turned into quite a mess.

Meanwhile, Dante will make Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) his confidant, so she’ll wonder if he has lingering desire to be with Lulu.

If Dante has realized he wants to reunite with his ex, this could be his last chance before Lulu falls too hard for Nathan.

However, Dante and Lulu have perhaps outgrown each other at this point.

That’s how Dante may feel about the situation despite whatever complex pain Nathan and Lulu’s romance has stirred up.

Elizabeth may understand that since she doesn’t really work with Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) as a couple anymore, but she’ll always carry a piece of him in her heart.

Since Dante seems like he’s growing more interested in Liz, he could ask her out on a date soon.

Speaking of going out on a date, James West (Gary James Fuller) may nudge Nathan to go on one of his own.

Nathan and James will enjoy some father-son bonding time at the batting cage, so James will voice curiosity about his dad’s love life.

If Nathan confesses that Maxie is sticking with Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), James may think there’s someone out there for his dad, too.

Whatever the case, James will put Nathan through a girlfriend grilling session, so stay tuned!

At Bobbie’s, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will give Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) a chance to walk away before he gets in too deep.

Ric may stand by Sonny and prepare to tackle any looming legal drama, even if it means getting tangled up in risky situations.

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will interrogate Sonny on Wednesday’s show, so that could be about Sonny’s reconnection with Ric and whether these two can actually trust each other.

Next, ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) will put on an act and try to make it seem like nothing’s changed with Sonny.

In reality, Justine may have a hard time resisting Sonny now that they’ve taken that leap together in the bedroom.

At Charlie’s Pub, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will thankfully get Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) to wake up, but she may shut down the idea when he suggests going to GH.

Molly may argue that she doesn’t need a hospital to tell her what’s wrong since her endometriosis flareup is the reason she keeled over.

General Hospital spoilers say Cody will dig his heels in, so he may refuse to take no for an answer and drive Molly to GH for a checkup.

Over with Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), he’ll witness Emma’s meltdown since she’ll be convinced failure is the only option.

Gio will surely disagree and give Emma some support when she needs it most.

Emma might have an exam she’s dreading, a class she’s tanking in or some other problem that feels insurmountable.

Regardless, Gio will be there for Emma and hopefully make her feel better once Thursday’s show is underway.
