Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, May 22, reveal that Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) will catch Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) off guard while Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) pleads for forgiveness.

Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will also have some unexpected news for Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), so let’s discuss what’s ahead on Days.

First on Friday’s DOOL episode, Gabi may show up at the Kiriakis mansion to gather her belongings like Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) ordered her to.

Days spoilers say Gabi will make a full admission of guilt since Philip already knows the truth anyway.

Philip didn’t reveal that Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) exposed Gabi as the reason for Titan’s financial mess, but he doesn’t think it matters.

Gabi is the one who betrayed Philip and lied to him for months, so he’ll stand his ground on their breakup despite her tearful plea.

Over with Stephanie Kiriakis (Abigail Klein), she’ll catch up with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) and perhaps ask how he’s adjusting to being a dad.

Stephanie obviously has some issues with the Kelsey Kiriakis situation, but she’s trying her best to handle it.

Next, Gwen will get a surprise when Jack returns to Salem and seeks her out.

Days spoilers say Gwen will wonder what Jack wants, so maybe this could be the start of them trying to truly repair their father-daughter bond.

Meanwhile, Xander will finish his afternoon delight with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) before turning his attention to Sarah, who’ll get a shock.

Will Xander mention Gwen wanting to partner up with him to potentially buy the hospital?

That’s a possibility to consider, but Xander may also admit he turned Gwen down due to Titan’s financial problems.

Of course, it’s also possible Xander will do something to alert Sarah to his sizzling encounters with Kristen.

If that’s the case, Sarah could hear alarm bells and worry about Kristen dragging Xander back down a dangerous road.

Friday’s episode will also mark the 40th anniversary of Mary Beth Evans’ debut as Kayla Brady.

Now she’s Kayla Johnson thanks to her marriage to Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), who’s obviously the love of her life.
