FULL General Hospital (GH) for Friday, May 29, 2026 | GH 5/29/2026 Spoilers

Thursday’s upcoming episode of General Hospital is shaping up to be one of the most emotionally explosive hours Port Charles has seen in weeks, with secrets, betrayals, and desperate choices colliding all at once. At the center of the chaos is Portia Robinson.

Portia finds herself in an impossible position as Derek’s condition continues deteriorating. Desperate to save his life, she reluctantly turns to Tracy and Brook Lynn Quartermaine for help securing a new surgeon capable of performing Derek’s urgent liver transplant.

The situation becomes even more devastating because Isaiah Gannon — the surgeon originally expected to perform the operation — may never operate again after his violent altercation with Curtis Ashford.

And that is where Brook Lynn’s guilt begins spiraling completely out of control.

As Portia desperately explains how Derek could die without immediate intervention, Brook Lynn reportedly sits there knowing she may be the true cause behind everything. The growing suspicion is that Brook Lynn was actually responsible for the hit-and-run accident that triggered the entire chain reaction. Curtis wrongly accused Isaiah, their confrontation turned violent, and now Isaiah’s career hangs by a thread.

Meanwhile, Tracy Quartermaine remains focused on one thing only: protecting the family name.

Rather than encouraging Brook Lynn to come clean, Tracy appears determined to keep the secret buried permanently — especially if exposing the truth could ruin Brook Lynn’s chances of adopting baby Phoebe. But the cover-up may already be starting to crack thanks to Michael Corinthos.

General Hospital Wednesday Recap: Curtis Is Charged With Assault

As Curtis opens up about facing felony assault charges, Michael begins connecting the dots. The black paint left on the guardrail, Tracy suddenly rushing to have multiple vehicles detailed, and Brook Lynn’s suspicious behavior all start adding up. Michael knows how Tracy operates, and he may finally realize Brook Lynn was the driver who fled the scene.

The question now is what Michael plans to do with that information.

Ironically, Michael is hardly operating from a moral high ground himself. While investigating Brook Lynn, he is also secretly orchestrating a fake cheating scandal involving Willow and Harrison Chase using a private investigator. The hypocrisy surrounding Michael’s actions only adds another layer of tension to an already dangerous storyline.

Elsewhere, Curtis and Portia’s marriage continues unraveling under the pressure.

Portia blames Curtis for destroying Isaiah’s career and potentially jeopardizing Derek’s survival. Curtis, meanwhile, insists Isaiah provoked the fight. With legal trouble mounting and emotions boiling over, the Ashford family may be heading toward complete collapse.

At the same time, Trina Robinson desperately tries holding herself together.

Between Curtis potentially facing prison, Portia’s emotional breakdown, Isaiah’s ruined future, and additional difficult news looming from Kai Taylor, Trina increasingly leans on Gio Palmieri for support. Their growing bond may become one of the few emotional bright spots in the middle of Port Charles’ chaos.

But perhaps the darkest storyline still belongs to Willow and Drew Cain.

Willow continues secretly caring for a completely paralyzed Drew while trying to negotiate with Jen Sidwell for leverage that could finally free them both. Unfortunately, Sidwell has no intention of loosening control. In fact, he may suggest an even more horrifying solution — simply killing Drew altogether.

That realization forces Willow into a terrifying corner. She cannot stop administering Drew’s injections without risking Sidwell and Cullum retaliating. Yet continuing the situation threatens to destroy what remains of her conscience.

And matters become even worse once Willow learns Nina chose not to inject Brennan again after he began waking up. Willow reportedly panics, convinced Nina’s actions have placed everyone in immediate danger.

Meanwhile, Sidwell issues a chilling order to track down Britt Westbourne and bring her back. With Britt currently on the run alongside Rocco Falconeri, multiple groups are now racing against each other to find them first — including fake Nathan, Dante, Lulu, the FBI, and even Sonny Corinthos himself.

As tensions rise across Port Charles, every storyline seems dangerously close to colliding at once. Between Brook Lynn’s buried secret, Curtis facing prison, Willow losing control, and Britt desperately fleeing with Rocco, Thursday’s episode of General Hospital promises another wave of devastating fallout that could permanently alter multiple lives.
