Days of Our Lives ‘DOOL’ Spoilers: Alex’s Shadow, Trey’s ,Christening Foster Returns
Days of Our Lives Dual Spoilers: Weekly Update
January 19–23, 2026
Salem is heading into a dramatic and emotionally charged week as Days of Our Lives delivers a dual spoiler update for January 19 through January 23, 2026. From shadowy threats to heartfelt family moments, the canvas is packed with suspense, romance, and surprise returns.
Let’s begin with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson). The danger surrounding Alex is far from over. Although fans may hope that the mysterious stalker will be exposed following the wedding announcement, that resolution doesn’t come as quickly as expected. Instead, a troubling incident raises serious concerns about Alex’s safety, sending ripples of fear through those closest to him.

As the week progresses, an unexpected development forces Stephanie and Alex to confront the reality that the threat may be closer than they think. By week’s end, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) steps in, quietly shadowing Alex in an effort to protect him before it’s too late.
Meanwhile, love and family take center stage for Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens). After finally clearing up misunderstandings surrounding Chanel’s pregnancy, the couple reaffirms their love and commitment to one another. With emotions settled, they turn their attention to preparing for their son’s christening. However, Chanel’s persistent morning sickness threatens to steal the spotlight. There’s a strong possibility the sacred ceremony could be interrupted by Chanel’s sudden dash for the nearest bathroom — or worse, an awkward moment inside the church itself.
Across town, Ari Horton (Marissa Reyes) is left shaken after believing she spots Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd). When Sophia doesn’t acknowledge her and keeps walking, Ari assumes she must be mistaken. Still, her certainty raises eyebrows, prompting Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) to question her further. The mystery deepens when Sophia gets a surprise of her own: she comes face to face with Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis). The college student’s presence in Bayview is complicated, especially since Holly is dating Tate Black (Leo Howard) — Rachel Black’s older brother — and previously lived with Rachel herself.
Elsewhere, emotions run high as Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) begs Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) not to leave Salem. Unfortunately, Javi must tend to his ailing father, forcing the two men into a bittersweet farewell filled with unresolved feelings and lingering hope.

The week also brings powerful confrontations and welcome returns. Kristen DiMera (Emily O’Brien) comes face to face with Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte), while fan favorites Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) return from Boston. Once back, Jack and Jennifer sit down with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) to discuss custody matters, setting the stage for emotionally charged conversations.
Adding warmth to the week, Cat Green (Annalynne McCord) opens up to her younger sister Felicity Green (Kennedy Garcia), who unexpectedly offers words of wisdom beyond her years. Finally, Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) hosts her very first book club meeting, joined by Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers), Marina Evans (Deidre Hall), and the returning Foster (Miles Anderson) — a gathering that promises heartfelt moments and lively discussion.
It’s a week packed with danger, devotion, and dramatic turns that Days of Our Lives fans won’t want to miss.
