Alison Sweeney may have a lot going on in her work life, but she always makes time to enjoy moments with the people she loves.
Fans may know she’s set to drop a new movie, Romance at Hope Ranch, on February 28 for Hallmark’s “Loveuary” event, but she still managed to sneak away on Valentine’s Day for a date night with husband Dave Sanov.
Sharing a photo of the pair on Instagram, the Days of Our Lives alum wore a navy blue dress that complemented her husband’s grey-and-black suit. What’s more, Alison noted how special it was to celebrate Valentine’s Day with Dave after being together for close to 30 years.
“❤️ My valentine for almost three decades. ❤️,” she wrote in the caption at the time. “Happy Valentine’s Day.”
Fans couldn’t get enough of Alison’s touching update with Dave.

Alison and Dave wed in July 2000 after rekindling their romance, which had actually begun in childhood. The couple shares two children, a son, Ben, and a daughter, Megan.
Speaking of Ben, Alison also went on Instagram to celebrate his 21st birthday on February 25. Sharing photos when he was younger, the actress got emotional about what it’s been like to be Ben’s mom over the years.
“It took me forever to narrow it down to these photos—I have a million more to choose from!—to celebrate Ben’s 21st birthday. 🎉,” she wrote. “Ben is such a wonderful, smart, strong, kind & funny man. I’m so lucky & grateful to be his mom. Love you Ben!”
