Next On General Hospital Thursday, November 27, 2025 | GH 11/27/25 Spoilers
Welcome back to Port Charles, where this Thursday, November 27, promises seismic shifts for several core families on General Hospital.

The day begins with Jason Morgan arriving at Lulu Spencer’s doorstep, carrying news no parent wants to hear. What he’s uncovered about Danny Morgan and Charlotte Cassadine’s involvement in the Henry Dalton lab incident is far more troubling than teenage mischief.
Both teens, Jason reveals, orchestrated a coordinated set of lies to shield Rocco Falconeri from legal consequences—fabrications so deliberate they border on obstruction. Even Rocco initially joined the cover-up before eventually confessing. Now Jason and Lulu must face the uncomfortable task of teaching their kids about truth and accountability while grappling with their own imperfect histories.
Across town, Willow Tate finds herself backed into a corner after saying yes—again—to Drew Cain’s marriage proposal. Whether the confrontation comes from Michael Corinthos, who overheard her earlier doubts, or from Nina or Liesl, Willow meets it head-on with a steely, “You’re here to change my mind.” Her engagement has sent shockwaves through both the Quartermaine and Corinthos households, but Willow appears determined to stand by her choice despite the emotional fallout.
Meanwhile, Brooklyn Quartermaine finally reaches her breaking point. Chase’s obsessive commitment to helping Willow has left Brooklyn feeling abandoned—especially in the aftermath of Ned’s near-fatal medical crisis. When she confronts Chase with the pointed, “It means a lot to you, doesn’t it?” the question cuts deeper than simple frustration. Brooklyn needs to know whether her husband’s loyalty to Willow crosses a line that threatens their marriage.
On the legal front, Dante Falconeri and attorney Nathan West work urgently to dismantle Dalton’s charges against Rocco. Though Rocco is out of juvenile detention, the falsified photographic evidence still stands—and Dalton’s mysterious disappearance has only complicated the case.

Even acting DA Justine Turner privately acknowledges that Dalton likely framed the teen, but suspicion alone won’t clear Rocco’s record. Dante and Nathan must construct a defense strong enough to expose the truth before the accusations scar Rocco’s future.
Elsewhere, Stella Henry unleashes her fury on Drew Cain in what promises to be one of the week’s most explosive confrontations. She blames him for the chaos inflicted on the Ashford-Robinson family—from blackmail to business sabotage—and now Curtis finds himself facing accusations in Drew’s shooting. Drew, unfazed, declares, “I don’t give up. I always get what I want,” a chilling hint that his ambitions may reach far beyond Willow or Michael.
And finally, fan buzz continues to build around the long-awaited Jason and Britt reunion—but their path remains frustratingly blocked. Britt’s fear of the shadowy figure Sidwell, who controls the medication keeping her alive, has left her trapped in silence. Every time she edges toward trusting Jason, a crisis tears them apart, resetting the emotional stalemate. Viewers are eager for Britt to finally break the cycle—tear down her walls, reveal the truth, and allow Jason to help her dismantle the threat once and for all.
