General Hospital Week of January 26 Update | GH 01.26.2026 Update

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for the week of January 26-30 reveals that Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) will find trouble while Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) panics. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will solve a puzzle as well, so there’ll be a lot happening on ABC’s GH.

While Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) tricks Ava Jerome (Maura West), Brick’s (Stephen A. Smith) plan for a dinner with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will go wrong thanks to Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) arrival.

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will also talk to Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) about Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) weird catacombs reaction before finding a surprising ally and making a daring move.

While Josslyn tries to get to the bottom of things at Wyndemere, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) will grill Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and grow suspicious about her strange behavior.

Lucas obviously won’t be the only one since Jason will remain confused.

Thankfully, Jason will step up for Britt when it counts and pull off a heroic feat as a blizzard hits Port Charles.

Britt and Jason will get trapped together for a while, but it’ll be the best thing that could’ve happened since it’ll force Britt to open up a bit.

Jason will start putting the puzzle together when it comes to the threats Britt’s been up against.

All this could lead to Britt and Jason stripping down for some passion in the end.

Things could take a sizzling turn for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) as well once they land in a tight spot while looking for Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke).

After Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has a catch-up session with Lulu and Charlotte, it looks like Charlotte will indeed go missing.

It’ll be the worst possible time due to the snowstorm that’ll be getting worse outside.

Carly may assume Charlotte’s going to show up at her house, but Valentin’s going to panic later.

Charlotte may not arrive, so that could leave Valentin panicking over her potentially being in a snowy ditch somewhere.

Could Charlotte be forced to take cover at Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) place?

Tracy will find someone shocking when she goes there to retrieve the Quartermaine family heirlooms, so we’ll see if that person is Charlotte or someone else.

Since we know a duo will lock lips for the first time in the week ahead, will it be Nathan and Lulu who share a passionate kiss?

Regardless, Lulu and Nathan will confide in each other as they grow closer.

Next, Emma and Gio will run into some trouble, so they may face some snow-related issues, too.

The blizzard could force Gio and Emma to postpone their mission to find Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

Some great news will come for Carly eventually, so she may find out Charlotte is safe and give Valentin updates.

Carly will also have a proposal to make, so stay tuned for details on her upcoming pitch.

As for Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), her plan to make amends with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will hit a snag.

Trina won’t be ready to forgive and forget, so she’ll put walls up.

General Hospital spoilers say Portia won’t give up on repairing the damage, but it’ll take some time and effort to make that happen.
