Weekly General Hospital Spoilers March 2-6: Lulu & Nathan Caught, Jason’s News
Get ready for an explosive week in Port Charles!

General Hospital spoilers for March 2-6, 2026 tease a couple caught and ness traveling fast across Port Charles.
Someone Catches Lulu and Nathan
Now that Maxie (Kirsten Storms) has chosen Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), it seems Nathan (Ryan Paevey, who recently revealed which co-star he made a wedding band for) is free to enter a romance with Lulu (Alexa Havins). That is, if someone doesn’t oust them. The pair will be caught in a mid-week encounter by an unknown person, who will most likely blow things out of proportion for the impending couple.
Thursday will leave Lulu with a realization, while Nathan has an important discussion with Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) on Friday. At the same time, it’s Maxie who will make her feelings clear, whatever they may be about her ex-husband dating her best friend.
Jason’s News
It’s no secret Jason is about to be off the canvas when Steve Burton makes his temporary exit from GH. When Jason has news for Tracy (Jane Elliot) and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) on Tuesday, could it be about his plans to leave Port Charles?
By Thursday, Jason will be there to comfort Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), who gets caught in a vulnerable moment by Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst). When Friday arrives Joss (Eden McCoy) will have reason to seek out Jason, and it could only be for one reason: Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).
Odds and Ends
Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) have had a rocky week, and they’ll start next week off by making an alarming discovery. By the end of the week, the couple will make a plan.
As for Carly (Laura Wright), after she apparently finds what she’s looking for on Tuesday, presumably at Wyndemere, she’ll be left gobsmacked on Wednesday.
On Monday, after Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) receives an offer, Trina (Tabyana Ali) will be left with an opportunity to embrace.
