FULL General Hospital 4/17/2026 Spoilers | GH Friday, April 17, 2026 Spoilers

General Hospital is heading into Friday with a powder keg of secrets ready to explode, and at the center of the chaos is Josslyn Jax—who may be far closer to the truth than anyone realizes.

Josslyn arrives at Carly Corinthos’ house convinced that Valentin Cassadine is still hiding there, and she is absolutely right.

Carly immediately grows defensive, trying to redirect her daughter’s questions, but it quickly becomes clear that her panic has less to do with protecting Valentin and more to do with hiding her growing feelings for him.

When Valentin finally comes downstairs, the tension in the room is impossible to ignore. Josslyn wants information about Cesar Faison and the mysterious “Nathan West,” but she is also smart enough to sense that Carly and Valentin are hiding much more than just a fugitive in the attic.

That curiosity may put Josslyn in serious danger.

As Josslyn digs deeper into the WSB conspiracy, Cassius Faison becomes increasingly concerned. He warns Jenz Sidwell that Josslyn’s questions about Faison are becoming a problem, and Sidwell’s chilling response suggests he may not have time to let loose ends linger.

With Ross Cullum already suspicious of Josslyn after seeing her in his ICU room, she could soon find herself directly in the crosshairs of some of Port Charles’ most dangerous men.

General Hospital Wednesday, January 28 Recap: Josslyn & Cullum Trade Lies – Nathan & Lulu Trapped Together | Celeb Dirty Laundry

Meanwhile, over at Windemere, Britt Westbourne is running out of options.

Terrified that Sidwell will have her killed if she fails to complete his project, Britt begs Lucas Jones to leave before it is too late. But Lucas refuses, convinced that there is still one person who can stop all of this. Before Britt can figure out who he means, she is pulled into another nightmare when she comes face-to-face with Ross Cullum.

Cullum reveals that he knows Jason Morgan did not shoot him on Pier 55. Instead, he demands that Britt tell him who really pulled the trigger. Britt is trapped in an impossible position.

She desperately needs the medication Cullum controls in order to survive, but she cannot betray the truth if it leads back to Rocco Falconeri. Exposing Rocco would destroy Dante Falconeri and Lulu Spencer, and Britt knows it. Yet refusing Cullum could cost her everything.

At the same time, Rocco is drowning in guilt.

Dante spends time with his son, sensing that something is wrong but having no idea just how terrible the truth really is.

While Dante investigates Marco Rios’ murder and Jason’s arrest, he remains completely unaware that Rocco is the reason Jason is sitting in WSB custody. Jason took the blame to protect him, but that sacrifice is beginning to tear apart everyone around him—especially Danny Morgan.

Elsewhere, Laura Collins sees an opportunity in Ezra Boyle. Terrified after Sidwell threatened him, Ezra may finally be desperate enough to help Laura take Sidwell down from the inside.

But trusting Ezra is a dangerous gamble. If he betrays her, Laura could end up walking directly into a trap.

Everything in Port Charles is connected now. Carly is lying to Josslyn. Rocco is lying to Dante. Britt is lying to Cullum.

And somewhere in the middle of it all, the truth about Marco’s murder, Jason’s arrest, and Sidwell’s empire is ready to bring the entire city crashing down.
