Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will also face more drama when it comes to Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr), so here’s what fans can expect.

At GH, Britt will push Rocco to convince his parents to get him out of Port Charles today.

Rocco may point out Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) balked at the idea and got into a major argument with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening).

In fact, Dante’s going to have Lulu monitored soon so she can’t take Rocco without him knowing.

That’s why Lulu just went to Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) for help getting out of Port Charles right away.

However, Rocco will probably have a different plan in mind since he just found his go bag and fake passport.

Since Rocco knows Britt is leaving town anyway, he may push her to take him along.

Britt may reject that suggestion at first, but something may happen to change her mind.

After Cullum visits locked-in Brennan and promises he’ll be taken care of, Britt might spot Cullum at the hospital.

Britt might even overhear Cullum on the phone ordering that Rocco be found and brought to him immediately.

That could put Britt in a tight spot and give her an incentive to run with Rocco after all.

As for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), she presumably went ahead with giving Brennan his injection despite the shock of him opening his eyes.

Nina may assure Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) that it’s done, but she’ll have a new reason to be concerned.

Willow will deliver some great news to someone on Friday’s show, so that may involve telling Laura Collins (Genie Francis) that everything’s set for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

It sounds like Willow successfully intervened on Anna’s behalf, so she should be sent to a privately run facility instead of a high-security institution run by the state.

Nina may worry about Willow drawing too much attention with all these favors she keeps dishing out.

Nevertheless, Willow will insist she’s in a position to help and will plan to keep doing just that.

As for Laura, she may find out about Lulu’s goal of running with Rocco.

Even if Lulu doesn’t go into all the details, she may admit Rocco’s in trouble and that she wants to leave Port Charles with him fast.

Since Laura already sent Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and Ace Cassadine (Karis and Kieran Barry) away to keep them safe, she may surprise Lulu by supporting her plan to leave with Rocco and Ethan.

Of course, Lulu may be horrified if she comes home and finds that Rocco’s go bag is missing along with his fake passport.

It could let Lulu know that Rocco has taken matters into his own hands.

Next, Dante will continue his conversation with “Nathan West” aka Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) as they determine that the best way to bury a secret is to bury the person who knows it.

Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) will have a similar perspective when he talks to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in his office.

Although Ric will think it’s time for Sonny to consider eliminating Sidwell, Sonny may continue to worry about the blackmail material and how Laura would be affected by that move.

That said, General Hospital spoilers say Sonny will definitely want to make sure both Sidwell and Cullum lose their lives when the moment is right.
