General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, June 8, reveal that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will reel when Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) lands in captivity with her.

Cassius Faison aka “Nathan West” (Ryan Paevey) will also find out Obrecht is taking Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) place, so he’ll get a shock of his own.

For starters, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will ask Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) to hold off on something for now, so could this involve a civil lawsuit against Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) for the damage that’s been done to his career?

Isaiah may be eager to make Curtis pay in more ways than one, but Portia might urge him to pump the brakes until Curtis’ criminal case is resolved.

Perhaps Portia will mostly be worried about Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and how much of a toll all this is already taking.

Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) will worry about Trina as well, so she’ll get suspicious of his behavior.

It looks like Kai will push Trina to delegate some things as she prepares for her showcase, so it could lead to him admitting he’s concerned about the stress she’s under.

Over with Curtis, he’ll admit he’d like a particular attorney to defend him.

Will Curtis ask Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to take his case and hopefully help him avoid landing in prison over the attack on Isaiah?

Next, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) will surprise Cassius when he admits locating Britt is no longer a priority.

Cassius will wonder why and get a major shock when he realizes who Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) has chosen to replace Britt on finishing the project.

Cullum just ambushed Liesl in her car, so he obviously plans to force her to complete the work that Britt started.

Obrecht will end up getting held captive in the same place as Josslyn, who’ll have questions when Liesl arrives unconscious.

“What did you do to her?” Josslyn asks in Monday’s GH preview video.

Josslyn may wind up grilling Cassius about her new roommate, so he’ll have a lot on his plate.

Of course, this mess could lead to Obrecht finding out Cassius survived and that he’s taken over Nathan’s life.

Meanwhile, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will tell Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) that they’ve endured their nightmare together and will insist they should end it together, too.

Although Laura doesn’t want Sonny killing Sidwell, she’ll still feel confident they can neutralize him without crossing any deadly lines.

At GH, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will admit a lot of people are going to be surprised by her big news, including Lucas Jones (Van Hansis).

Lucas will indeed be thrown for a loop when Kristina confesses that she’s headed to medical school.

General Hospital spoilers say Lucas will offer up some advice and presumably congratulate Kristina as she prepares for this fresh career path.
