General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) has launched another court battle with his ex-wife, Sheree Burton.

It’s just the latest legal issue in a long list of problems between Steve and his former spouse.

It turns out Steve has forced Sheree back to court over accusations regarding her behavior and how it affects their 11-year-old daughter, Brooklyn.

How Sheree allegedly treats Steve’s new wife, Michelle Lundstrom, is also a factor in Steve’s complaints.

According to the court documents TMZ acquired, Steve Burton believes Sheree makes moves that undermine his bond with Brooklyn.

As a result, Steve decided to put Sheree on full blast for what he feels are attempts to stir up trouble.

The GH star has accused Sheree of creating hurdles when it comes to his court-ordered custody time.

Steve also alleges that Sheree is responsible for “blatant parental alienation,” so he clearly has some strong feelings about his ex-wife’s attitude and actions.

Plus, the documents point to criticism about Sheree not accepting Steve’s new wife or their now blended family.

Since Michelle has daughters of her own who are Brooklyn’s stepsisters, Steve wants everyone properly acknowledged.

The docs mention a text that said Sheree wasn’t OK with Michelle being on school pick-up duty for Brooklyn the next day.

Steve believes Michelle is a good stepmother and basically feels that Sheree is sabotaging things.

Since Steve moved from California to Tennessee, that’s been another source of contention for the exes.

According to Steve, there have been instances of Sheree being uncooperative when it comes to Brooklyn’s scheduled visitation.

That lines up with Steve Burton’s previous complaints since he already took Sheree to court over custody drama in recent months.

However, Sheree has a very different side of the story and insists she’s more flexible than Steve lets on.

Steve’s ex-wife rejects the idea that she’s been alienating him from Brooklyn and feels she offers her approval on requests that are beneficial to their child.

Sheree claims her issue was not wanting their daughter away from her home in California for more than three weeks.
