General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, June 29 to July 10, indicate that some massive secrets will be revealed as several major storylines heat up.

There’ll be a lot happening on the ABC soap, so here’s what GH fans can expect.

During the week of June 29-July 3, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will explain why she believes “Nathan West” aka Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) has been lying from the moment he made his miraculous resurrection.

Cassius will also get some deadly instructions regarding Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) as Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) works to tie up loose ends.

It looks like Cullum may send someone to wipe out Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) too, but Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will discover the danger and save Brennan from a grim fate.

While Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) get on the same page in captivity, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will eavesdrop on some news that leaves her reeling.

It seems Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) will find out the same shocker, so could this involve “Nathan” and his true identity?

Perhaps Carly and Lucas will discover that “Nathan” is really his twin brother and that Cassius is behind Josslyn’s kidnapping.

Over with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he’ll be led into a trap.

Sidwell may set one for Sonny and then get a shock since Sonny’s about to reveal something – presumably that Cullum is Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) killer.

Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) will also find out about Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) arrest and lash out at Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) as well as Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) over her legal crisis.

Meanwhile, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will react as someone confesses something huge.

Will that involve Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) and the fact that he’s not actually Phoebe’s (Luna and Lucia Creighton) bio dad?

The week of July 6-10 will bring a couple of major revelations for Lulu, who may get Charlotte Cassadine’s (Bluesy Burke) admission about Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) hiding out at Carly’s place until not too long ago.

Lulu will also discover that “Nathan” was actually Cassius in the not-too-distant future as his twin charade gets exposed and he becomes a fugitive.

It appears Cassius will take a major risk by trying to bid farewell to James West (Gary James Fuller) instead of just making a break for it.

That’ll lead to trouble and could put someone like Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) in a tight spot if he corners Cassius with James.

Of course, Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) will also work to fight the accusations against her when it comes to leaving the scene of Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) accident.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) plot to set Willow up will eventually start to crumble, especially if Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) makes it his mission to clear Willow’s name.
