The holiday season is upon us, so let’s discuss what’ll be happening as Genoa City celebrates this year.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) are currently gearing up for some conflict due to this whole situation with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), who recently became Newman Media’s victim in the press.
Nikki will blast Victor over his attack on Jabot, so that’ll put them at odds in the coming episodes.
Of course, more Matt Clark aka “Mitch Bacall” (Roger Howarth) mayhem is also in the works, but Victor and Nikki will manage to put all the drama aside on Christmas Eve.
That’ll bring a special evening for Nikki and Victor since they’ll get a reminder about the meaning of the holiday.
Naturally, there are sure to be some heartfelt gifts and surprises along the way!
The Christmas spirit will take over the Newman ranch along with the Abbott mansion since Jack and Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) will be part of this Christmas Eve episode, too.
Diane and Jack will settle in for a cozy night together, so they’ll count their blessings after the latest round of the Newman-Abbott feud.
It’ll be a nice opportunity for Jack and Diane to remember their love for each other, which will remain strong despite all the Victor-related chaos.
After Diane and Jack presumably exchange sweet presents, they’ll have a chance to reflect on their family and everything they have to be grateful for.
Once this Christmas Eve special airs on Wednesday, December 24, the show will play a holiday-themed encore on Thursday, December 25.
You can tune in for a repeat episode from 2010 if you want to see Victor get haunted by some ghosts of Christmas past.
