Bold & Beautiful Shocker: Ivy’s Sinister Next Move May Come With a Big Twist
With Dylan overhearing Ivy and Daphne’s conversation (and confronting her!), Electra’s auntie is potentially facing her worst nightmare: exposure. Given she still needs time to push RJ and Electra together, we’re going to go ahead and assume that she’ll be willing to go to great lengths to keep Dylan quiet.
But – hear us out – what if she doesn’t have to take extreme measures? What if she realizes there’s an easy-peasy way to get the art teacher to keep what she heard to herself? How on earth would she do this, given Dylan’s such a straight arrow? We can think of only one way.
Ivy, who has been utterly unapologetic about her arguably inappropriate interference in Electra’s love life, will simply have to point out that if Dylan exposes her, she’ll lose Will. If she keeps her mouth shut, she’ll get to keep her prince.
It’s the twist we were afraid was coming for Miss Dylan, who has been a breath of fresh air as a genuinely good character. It will be sad to see her compromised by Ivy, and yet, it’s believable. Not only because this is a soap opera, but also because she already took us by surprise once when she kissed Will. We clearly don’t know what she’s capable of just yet.
Of course, any such pact will eventually blow up in Ivy and Dylan’s faces, but in the meantime, it looks like Ivy’s plan to play Cupid for RJ and Electra will advance. Will Dylan keep Ivy’s secret? Will Daphne finally speak up? Will someone – anyone – tell Electra that Will saw her kissing RJ? Tune in next week!
