The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that what should have been one of the happiest moments of Sally Spectra’s life is about to become an absolute nightmare.
After days of fearing that she might be seriously ill, Sally finally gets the results she has been dreading. Standing in the clinic with Billy Abbott and Audra Charles by her side, Sally opens the envelope and learns the truth.
She is pregnant.
At first, the news seems like a miracle. Billy Abbott is overwhelmed with happiness and immediately begins imagining a beautiful future with Sally. After everything Billy has been through, he sees this baby as a second chance—a fresh start and the family he has always wanted.
Billy is so consumed by joy that he barely notices Sally’s reaction. While he is smiling and dreaming about their future, Sally is frozen in fear.
That is when Audra realizes something is terribly wrong.
