Bold & Beautiful’s Bringing Back a Fan Fave After More Than a Year Away
Familiar faces come and go on soaps and sometimes we don’t ever see them again but other times we get the pleasure of having them return.
It’s been over a year since we last saw a fave from The Bold and the Beautiful and now we’re excited to announce that Dick Christie will be making his way back as Charlie starting on Monday, May 18.
The chief of security at Forrester Creations will be in scenes with Steffy, Finn, Hayes and Electra and from years past, we can bet his interactions with them will be filled with fun dialogue.
As for the last time we saw Charlie… that was back on April 25 of last year and if viewers recall, Taylor and Brooke were locked in a room while getting ready for the big Forrester fashion show.
It wasn’t until Katie, Electra and Will arrived outside the door when Charlie appeared and quickly began to rant about them being there — reminding it was a secure area — until Katie alerted him to her sister being locked inside. Then, it was Charlie to the rescue as he handed over the key so Katie could let the on-again/off-again frenemies out.
Christie has been with the CBS soap since 2013 and it’s always a treat when we get to see him add some comedy to the scenes. In fact, the only other thing better would be to have Pam by his side.
We know she’s around, considering R.J. served Electra her fresh-made lemon bars at their date at the mansion. And then they went swimming as if to show how cruelly fit they are. “Yes, we can eat lemon bars and then strip down.” In any case, we’ll take one half of the duo when we can.
