What to Watch Next Week
Learning about Sally’s pregnancy was probably harder for Adam (Mark Grossman) than he thought. Next week, he and Sally (Courtney Hope) discuss her pregnancy, but we have to assume they will also reopen old wounds. After all, when they were together, they lost a baby.
In fact, Adam admitted to Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) that he thinks about their daughter every day. Adam told Billy (Jason Thompson) that he’s happy for Sally. He will undoubtedly wish Sally all the happiness in the world, even with Billy. But the conversation might also be a painful reminder of what they once lost.
In other Genoa City news, Jack’s (Peter Bergman) worry over Diane’s whereabouts will increase. Did Patty (Stacy Haiduk) do something to her? Or did Diane (Susan Walters) simply get away to do some soul-searching and didn’t tell anyone?
Meanwhile, Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) share a difference of opinion about Matt Clark’s (Roger Howarth) fate.
It’s a matter of what it means when a person doesn’t remember the horrifying acts they perpetrated. Should that person be held accountable if they can’t recall their past crimes? Both Victor and Nick are two of the most stubborn people in the world. So it’ll be interesting to see whose hot take will prevail.
Speaking of Victor, it’s beginning to look like Cane (Billy Flynn) may be right. Apparently, the Newman patriarch will make good on a promise to Lily (Christel Khalil). And in our book, this means he will hand Chancellor over to her.
As for the Winters/Hastings family, Lily is set to show Devon (Bryton James) some tough love while Nathan (Sean Dominic) helps Stephanie (Vivica A. Fox) make a tough decision. Finally, Holden (Nathan Owens) and Audra (Zuleyka Silver) are forced to face their past. In what way will that happen?
