The Young and the Restless Spoilers Friday, June 12: Nikki’s Heartbreaking Diagnosis

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, June 12 reveal that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will face a difficult blow while Summer Newman (last played by Allison Lanier) gets some info from Genoa City.

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) finally gave up Newman Enterprises, but Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) still isn’t giving her a pass.

Since Phyllis was forced to surrender the company instead of giving it up willingly, Daniel doesn’t feel like she learned a real lesson.

Phyllis will hope for better luck making amends with Summer and will have some huge news to share when she gets in touch.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will give Phyllis what’s left of Arabesque on Thursday, so she may spill that shocker to Summer in Friday’s Y&R episode.

The fact that Victor is willing to make this deal after everything Phyllis’ done may affect Summer’s view of the situation.

If Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) decides to reveal his drug addiction and the fact that Phyllis helped save his life, that could affect Summer’s heart, too.

Regardless, Summer loves her mom and may be more willing than Daniel to make amends.

Phyllis will certainly hope they can take the first step toward reconciliation when she contacts Summer with a forgiveness plea.

In the meantime, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will monitor Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) and make sure he doesn’t do anything wild.

Everyone is still on edge over Matt, so Adam will watch him closely as he prepares to spy on Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn).

Over with Victor, he’ll quiz Nikki about her medical woes.

Victor might spot Nikki while she’s dealing with more painful headaches and the vision impairment that’s on the way.

Nikki will push Victor away and act like this is her personal business, but she’ll be concerned enough to have a doctor’s appointment on Friday’s show.

That’ll bring Nikki’s heartbreaking diagnosis and the revelation that she needs treatment immediately.
