BREAKING NEWS! Sharon Puts Sienna On Notice – Holden Threatens Audra

Today on The Young and the Restless, Cane asks Lily to the launch party, Claire pays Sienna a visit, and Audra and Noah have a pleasant exchange.

At Crimson Lights, Devon and Lily chat. She tells him she’s going to the Abbott Communications launch party tonight… for Sally. Devon can’t go because of Dom’s recital, but hopes it gets cancelled so she can avoid it entirely. Lily shrugs that she may actually have fun. Just then, Cane walks in. She sighs in disgust.

Cane walks over, so Devon decides to leave. Ashby asks to join Lily, who frowns and points out they’re not friends. Cane sits with her against her will and they get into it about Phyllis. Lily suggests he’s down in the gutter. He accuses her of being mean. She can be meaner. He learns she’s going to the Abb Comm launch and suggests they go together.

Lily doesn’t even want to sit with him, why would she go to a party with him. He shrugs that he’s charming. She points out he’s not even invited. He wants to wish Billy well. Lily argues that he doesn’t want him there. Cane wants it to be a success and pound Newman Media into mulch. Lily’s not buying his game of humility. Tying himself to Phyllis isn’t helping.

Cane claims he’s done with Phyllis… she stole the AI software. She didn’t admit it, but he got confirmation. Lily guesses it’s the fact that she lied about it that he doesn’t like. Cane presses her to go to the launch with him… and be glad that she did. Lily can’t understand why he’s pushing this. He accuses her of completely forgetting what it’s like to have fun. He wants to turn back the clock for one night. “Give us a shot, Lily.”

Former Flames

At the Club, Audra tells Noah she heard he got hurt. He says he’s in one piece. She’s glad. This is wonderful for all of them. Nick prompts Noah to get going, but he asks Audra how she’s been doing.

Audra claims she’s doing fabulous and asks how long he’s in town for. Nick intervenes and Audra tells Noah it’s nice to see him… maybe they’ll run into each other again. He smiles, “Maybe so.” She trots off.

Nick starts worrying that Noah never had a good example of a healthy relationship growing up. Noah won’t discuss Audra or Allie with his father, so they get into it over Sienna. Nick doesn’t have a great feeling seeing them together. Noah only wants to focus on the threat of Matt Clark. All he can think about is keeping Sienna safe. He claims he instigated the affair and she’s at risk because of him. Nick tells his son that he and Victor will deal with Matt Clark.

Sharon Puts Sienna On Notice

At Sharon’s place, she sizes up Sienna before assuring her she’s not going to tear into her about seeing Noah. Sienna says it wasn’t planned. They discuss her being married to the monster, Matt Clark. Sharon’s sure she needed someone to lean on. Sienna insists she wasn’t using Noah. Sharon wants to discuss the potential for any real future for the pair.

Sienna claims she’s always rescued herself, except for that room in LA. Sharon knows she needs protection from Matt, that’s why Noah brought her to Genoa City. She tells her that Victor and Nick have a plan to ensure Matt never hurts anyone ever again. Sienna warns Mitch plays by his own rules. Sharon’s sure that he’ll keep coming after her and Noah until he’s eliminated. He’s relentless and vicious.

Sharon brings up Noah having a girlfriend overseas. Sienna says he wasn’t happy with Allie anymore. She must have felt the same way given she didn’t even fly out when he had his accident. Sharon’s not judging the situation, but she questions if Sienna wants to put Noah at risk due to her marriage. “Are you in love with Noah?” Sienna guesses she is. The idea of a woman like her being in love with her son bothers Sharon a great deal.

Sharon can see that Noah is protective of Sienna… he’s in over his head. This attachment is not safe for her son… Sienna’s husband is a dangerous man. Sharon’s sure that Matt zeroed in on Noah to hurt this family again. She’s sure Matt will come after his wife and Noah will be in the way. Someone raps on the door and Sienna jumps. Sharon points out that she knows this isn’t over.

Sharon lets Claire into the house and gives her privacy with Sienna, who quickly guesses she wants to know about Holden. Claire replies, “And Audra Charles.” They sit, and Claire tells her Audra Cortez stole a check from a man at her club and gave some of the proceeds to Holden. She knows there’s more to the story. Sienna admits she’s not a fan of Audra… she’s trouble. Claire’s sure there’s more to this and it was way worse. “What really happened?”

Sienna warns Claire not to go looking for trouble, but the blonde argues she doesn’t like surprises. Audra has caused problems and she wants to know everything she can. Sienna asks what’s going on with her and Holden, guessing that they’re not just friends. Claire keeps the focus on Audra. Sienna confirms that Holden left out a few details… she suspects that something else, something worse, went on. Just then, Noah and Nick arrive.

Sienna says Claire was just leaving, and Noah assures her Sienna will be sticking around. Claire tells Sienna, “We’ll talk soon,” and leaves.

Holden Warns Audra

At the Club, Holden spots Audra at the bar and walks up. She wonders where his attack Claire Bear is at. He needles her about not being allowed at the Abb Comm launch and she accuses him of enjoying watching her suffer.

Holden sits, and tells Audra he’s not her enemy and is pulling for her. She should cut her losses and leave town… or at least stop fighting with Claire. Audra warns him not to try and tell her what to do. Holden asks why she hates Claire Newman so much.

Audra rants about Claire becoming rich and spoiled and rubbing her luck in her face. Holden thinks she sounds jealous. Audra complains that no one is looking out for her. Claire has a killer instinct. She won’t allow the blonde to come after her. She will take her down and there’s nothing he, or anyone, can do to stop her. Holden replies, “Don’t bet on that.”

Holden wonders if she realizes she’s going to fail, but wants to go down swinging. Audra takes potshots at him until he becomes agitated. She warns that if he crushes her, he goes down too. He tells her things have changed… he may have solved his Audra problem. “If you go down, you won’t be taking me with you.”

The Final Scenes

At Crimson Lights, Lily rolls her eyes and tells Cane that he can be her “plus one”. Cane thinks she’s actually looking forward to it and vows to “fun her up.” This gets a smile out of her. She warns the dress code is retro fifties. He says, “It’s a date.” She says it’s two people arriving at the same time. Cane relishes the idea of people whispering when they walk in. Lily muses, “Tonight might be fun after all.”

At Sharon’s place, Noah asks Sienna what she and Claire talked about. She shrugs that talked about LA and The Shadow Room. She then irks Noah by suggesting that because of Matt, she should leave Genoa City as soon as possible.

At the Club, Audra tells Holden not to be stupid… Claire will get sick of him if she hasn’t already. Holden chuckles about her underestimating him and overestimating herself. He warns her not to mess with Claire, “Because you really don’t want to mess with me.”
