The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of April 20-24 reveal that some dramatic moments are on the way thanks to some scheming and someone’s unexpected appearance in Las Vegas.

There’ll also be some difficult obstacles back in Genoa City, so let’s discuss what’s ahead on the CBS soap.

For starters, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will have a big reaction after Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) betrays him with help from Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) of all people.

Although Jack understands that Diane is hurting, it’ll still be a painful blow when Diane teaches him a lesson.

Victor’s involvement will really sting for Jack and could make it even harder for this couple to repair the damage.

Of course, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) has been worried about his parents possibly splitting up for good, but he may stick with his efforts to push Diane and Jack back together anyway.

Once Diane finally inflicts a little pain of her own on Jack, it could soften her anger over his own mistake on the yacht with Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk).

Unfortunately, Patty’s going to stir up more trouble in the coming episodes.

Y&R spoilers say Patty will make more manipulative moves and will even form a shady alliance or two at some point.

As for Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), she’ll land in Las Vegas and get ready to come to Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) rescue.

Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) will obviously pose a serious threat to Sharon as well, but Sharon may prove she’s a force to be reckoned with!

Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will remain part of the Vegas action along with Riza Thomson (Tina Casciani), but could Riza become a casualty of all the chaos?

Regardless, Nick may be in a dire situation by the time he’s found. Matt’s claims about Nick already being dead will be proven false, but Nick will still be at risk of overdose if Matt’s fueling his drug addiction.

As for Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), will she tell Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) about the results of her pregnancy test?

Whether Sally is expecting a baby or not, she may decide to get honest with Billy.

Next, Y&R fans may see more clashing between Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) and Devon Winters (Bryton James) following his decision to file a petition regarding Mariah Copeland’s (Camryn Grimes) plea deal.

If the case gets revisited, it could lead to Mariah losing her plea deal and potentially landing in prison after all.

Will Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) intervene on Mariah’s behalf with Devon and ask him to back off?

Will Abby be able to dial down Devon’s fury instead or could this lead to bigger issues in their marriage?

Finally, there may be some developments regarding Malcolm Winters’ (Shemar Moore) need for a bone marrow donor.

If the twins aren’t a match, the search may expand and could lead to Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) potentially being the shocking savior Malcolm needs.
