The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next three weeks, June 15 to July 3, reveal that Jill Abbott (last played by Jess Walton) will have a new look as Lauren Koslow temporarily takes over the role.

Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will also go to extremes while Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) struggles to stay on the right path.

The week of June 15-19 will bring Diane Jenkins Abbott’s (Susan Walters) worst nightmare since she’ll be trapped in Dr. Laurence Markham’s (Jere Burns) home while Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) attempts to coerce Jack into couple status.

Patty’s partnership with Dr. Markham will come with some twists and turns while Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) corners Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) with some big news.

Phyllis will take great pleasure in bragging to Cane about her new Arabesque ownership.

Although Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) will grow increasingly unsettled over the spy games he’s being forced to play, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will demand that he stay the course and focus on pulling Cane closer.

As Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) medical drama reaches another level, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) won’t be able to shake the feeling that something is seriously wrong.

That may be why Victoria will open up to Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) in the coming episodes.

Perhaps Claire and Victoria will join forces to convince Nikki to see a doctor.

It looks like Nikki may get in touch with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and get his take on her issues before receiving some tests at Genoa City Memorial Hospital.

Nikki may end up having a brain tumor or something equally serious since she’s going to face a life-threatening diagnosis along with an urgent treatment plan.

Whatever the case, Nikki’s medical crisis may take center stage during the week of June 22-26 along with Nick’s temptation.

Nick’s addiction battle will come with some speed bumps despite his best efforts to keep going down this positive road.

As for Jack, he’ll have to play Patty just right if he hopes to keep Diane alive and score her freedom.

Jack might have to make Patty believe they’re going to get their happy ending.

Other Y&R spoilers say Lauren Koslow will make her first appearance as a Jill Abbott recast on June 25.

This will be a five-episode stint, so Jill should shake things up during the week of June 29-July 3 as well.

There might also be an Independence Day celebration or two, especially at The Shadow Room since it just opened and seems like the go-to place for partying.

Finally, Dr. Stephanie Simmons’ (Vivica A. Fox) feud with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will escalate.

Stephanie will eventually find out the Los Angeles secrets that Audra and Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) have buried, so she’ll have some strong words about their cover-up.
